NOTICE OF MEETING AND AGENDA PLANNING COMMISSION MAY 14, 2019 AT 7:00 P.M. City Council Chambers 110 South Main Street Springville, Utah 84663 The Commissioners will meet for a briefing of the regular session agenda items at 7:00 p.m. This will be a public meeting; however, no testimony will be heard and no action will be taken on the agenda items. The regular session will follow immediately after the briefing meeting. The agenda will be as follows: Call to Order - Approval of the Agenda - Approval of Minutes: [DATE] Consent Agenda The Consent Agenda includes items that are administrative actions where no additional discussion is needed. When approved, the recommendations in the staff reports become the action of the Commission. A call for objection or comment will be made on the consent agenda items. If there is any opposition or comment, the item will be taken off the consent agenda and put on the regular administrative session meeting agenda for discussion. If there are no objections or comments, the item(s) will pass without further consideration 1. Gunn Properties, LLC, seeking preliminary approval for the Wood Hollow Subdivision located in the area of 1600 South and 350 East in the R1-8 Single-Family Residential Zone. 2. Foxridge Development, LLC, seeking preliminary and final approval of the Foxridge Condominiums, a multi-family project located in the area of 600 South 100 West in the RMF-2 Residential Multi-Family Zone. Legislative Session - Public Hearing 3. Springville City seeking to amend Section 11-4-301 the Land Use Matrix of Springville City Code allowing Light-Industry-Manufacturing Processes as a conditional use within the HC-Highway Commercial Zone. 4. Todd Gubler seeking to amend Section 11-4-403 Lot Configuration, of Springville City Code amending the amount of frontage required for a two-unit dwelling in the R2 Single/Two-Family Residential Zone. 5. David Simpson seeking to amend Section 11-4-404 Configuration Requirements, of Springville City Code, amending the minimum rear yard setback amount.
