- AGENDA SIGURD TOWN BOARD MEETING THURSDAY, MAY 2, 2019 7:00 P.M. Notice is hereby given that the Sigurd Town Council will meet on Thursday, May 2, 2019, at the Sigurd Town Hall, 595 North State Street, which meeting will begin at 7:00 p.m. The agenda shall be as follows: Opening remarks 1. Meeting called to order by Mayor Kelly Alvey 2. Roll Call 3. Minutes of Meeting held April 3, 2019, and Work Meeting, April 11, 2019, to be approved and/or amended by the council 4. Citizens request Kayla Bullard 5. Bills & Finances 6. Department Reports: Parks and Cemeteries: Lawn mower Water: Bastian Dairy Barn Water Leak Roads: Fire: Office: 7. Discuss and Approve Cemetery Ordinance 8. Approve Resolution No. 2019-1 Approving Rates for Cemetery Services 9. Set Tentative Budget for 2019-2020 10. Mayor Kelly Alvey - All other business that needs to be taken care of Permanent dwelling/trailers Soda machine at town hall 11. Adjourn
