May 1, 2019 ELECTION NOTICE Notice is hereby given that the Town of Bluff will hold a municipal election this fall to elect two candidates to serve four-year terms on the Bluff Town Council. Persons desiring to be candidates for the 2019 Town of Bluff Municipal Election must file a declaration of candidacy form or nomination petition between June 3, 2019 and June 7, 2019 at the Town Office in the Bluff Community Center, 190 North 3rd East, Office # 1, Bluff, Utah weekdays between the hours of 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. Monday through Friday. Candidates must meet the following qualifications: 1. Be a United States citizen; 2. Be a registered voter of the Town; 3. Be a resident of the town of Bluff for at least 365 consecutive days immediately preceding the date of the election; and 4. Not be a convicted felon, unless their right to hold elective office has been restored The primary election, if necessary, will be held on Tuesday, August 13, 2019 and the municipal election will be held Tuesday, November 5, 2019.
