Description/Agenda: The Boulder Town Planning Commission will hold two public hearings on Thursday, May 9, 2019, starting at 7 p.m. in the Boulder Community Center Meeting Room, 351 No 100 East, Boulder, UT. The hearings are for the purpose of listening to public input. The first hearing is on a proposed amendment to the Subdivision Ordinance 'to require culinary water for lots and an alternate means of infrastructure construction.' The second hearing is on updates to the General Plan, as proposed by the town working committee. Copies of the proposed ordinance and the General Plan update and summary are available on the town's website http://boulder.utah.gov/planning-commission/, in the town clerk's office during her regular office hours, or by requesting a copy from Peg Smith, Planning Commission secretary. The public is welcome to attend the hearings or submit comments in writing to Peg Smith, at femmith@scinternet.net.
