- CITY OF TAYLORSVILLE NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN of a public hearing to be held in the Taylorsville Council Chambers, 2600 West Taylorsville Boulevard, Taylorsville, Utah on Tuesday, May 14, 2019, at 7:00 p.m. before the Taylorsville Planning Commission. The following issues will be open to public hearing: Shaun Haslam is requesting consideration of an ordinance amendment to the Taylorsville Municipal Code Section 13.08.020 Permitted Land Use Matrix by the Commercial, Office, Industrial, Mixed-Use, Transit Corridor and Research and Development Districts and Chapter 13.36 Definitions. File #4Z19. Cody Steck and Jeffrey Everett are requesting preliminary subdivision plat approval for the property located at 4473/4475 S Edgeware Lane. File #1S19. Robert and Julie Bakker are requesting preliminary subdivision plat approval for the property located at 5264 S 3200 W. File #3S19. The files are available for public inspection and may be examined during normal business hours at Taylorsville City Hall, 2600 West Taylorsville Boulevard, Telephone 801-963-5400.
