- HYRUM CITY COUNCIL MEETING PUBLIC NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN OF A REGULAR MEETING OF THE HYRUM CITY COUNCIL TO BE HELD IN THE COUNCIL CHAMBERS, 60 WEST MAIN, HYRUM, UTAH AT 6:30 P.M., MAY 2, 2019. THE PROPOSED AGENDA IS AS FOLLOWS: 1. ROLL CALL 2. CALL TO ORDER 3. WELCOME 4. PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE 5. INVOCATION 6. APPROVAL OF MINUTES 7. AGENDA ADOPTION 8. PUBLIC COMMENT 9. SCHEDULED DELEGATIONS: A. Jason Watterson, Utah Local Governments Trust - To present Hyrum City with its Trust Accountability Program Award. 10. OTHER BUSINESS: A. Consideration and approval of an Interlocal Agreement with Cache County Fire Department. B. Discussion on the Canyon Estates Development Agreement. C. Presentation of the 2019-2020 Operating Budgets. D. Consideration and award of bid for the Civic Center Pavilion. E. Mayor and City Council reports. 11.
