NOTICE OF REGULAR MEETING ELMO TOWN COUNCIL PUBLIC NOTICE: is hereby given that the Elmo Town Council will meet in their regular public session on 01 May 2019 at 7:00 p.m. in the Elmo Town Hall, Elmo, Utah. The Agenda for the meeting is as follows: 1. Welcome 2. Citizen Concerns 3. Tab - Cemetery Sprinkler System 4. Town Employee Report 5. Animal Control Officer Report 6. Town Hall open - Maria continued responsibility discussion/decision 7. CIB Application 8. Community Get Togethers - Follow up 9. 400 South 400 East Road - Make it Passable - Question on Secondary to Brady's - Followup 10. Drainage for the Town Sidewalks 11. Discuss 2020 Budget/Set Budget June Budget Hearing 12. Board Member Reports/Concerns 13. Review of Past Due Water Bills - 14. Delena's Items -Approval of Minutes and Bills, Review Monthly Financial Statements 15. Executive Session - if needed Any other business that may regularly come before the Council.
