MEETING OF THE REDEVELOPMENT ADVISORY COMMITTEE Wednesday, May 1, 2019 451 South State Street, Room 326 City & County Building Salt Lake City, Utah 4:00 p.m. Agenda 1. Roll Call 2. Briefing by the Staff A. Block 67 CRA Plan Adoption RDA Staff with provide an update on the Block 67 CRA Plan Adoption. B. Union Pacific Hotel Loan RDA Staff will provide an update on the Union Pacific Hotel Loan. C. Ribbon Properties Groundbreaking -RDA Staff will provide an update on Ribbon Properties. 3. Approval of the minutes A. Review and Approval of March 6, 2019 RAC Minutes -RAC members will review the March 6, 2019 meeting minutes and consider for approval. 4. Business A. Amendment to Budget Policy - Kalli Ruiz, Accountant II -RDA Staff will lead a policy discussion and request a recommendation on the proposed Budget Policy Amendment. B. High Opportunity Notice of Funding Availability Update - Tammy Hunsaker, Senior Project Manager -RDA Staff will give an update and lead a discussion on the High Opportunity Notice of Funding Availability. 5.
