RIVERTON CITY PUBLIC NOTICE The Riverton City Planning Commission will hold a public hearing on Thursday, May 9, 2019 at 6:30 p.m. in the Riverton City Municipal Building located at 12830 South Redwood Road to hear following item(s): - Scott Colemere is requesting a rezone of about 3.03 acres located at approximately 12667 South Critters Cove. The current zoning is R-1(Rural Residential 1 Acre lots) the requested zoning is RR-22 (Rural Residential 1/2 Acre lots). - Darren & Jesse Alder with Arbor Day Nursery are requesting a rezone of an existing 0.57 acre parcel located at 2875 West 12600 South. The current zoning is C-PO (Commercial Professional Office) the requested zoning is C-G (Commercial Gateway). - Riverton City is proposing amendments to Section 18.225 of the land use code as it relates to accessory structures. - Riverton City is proposing a rezone of an existing 1 acre property located at 12939 South Sunday Drive from R-4 SP (Single Family Residential 4 Units per acre Specific Plan) to R-4 (Single Family Residential 4 Units per acre). Accessible parking and entrance are located on the south end of the building with elevator access to the City Council Chambers located on the second floor.
