Notice of Public Hearing The Tremonton City Planning Commission will hold a Public Hearing on May 28, 2019, at 102 South Tremont Street at 5:30 p.m. or thereafter, at which time public comment will be heard and consideration given to the following proposed amendments, Title I Zoning Ordinance amendments, Chapter 1.03 Definitions Automobile/Implement Sales Area; Chapter 1.08 Automobile/Implement Sales/Service as a permitted use and language corrections; Chapter 1.17 Off-Street Parking Regulations exempting Automobile/Implement sales area parking lots from landscape islands; Chapter 1.18 Landscaping, Buffering, and Fencing Regulations amending buffer widths between adjacent land uses and language corrections; Chapter 1.19 Supplementary Regulations relocating Towing and Impound Yards from Chapter 1.08. Title II Subdivision Ordinance amending language of Notary Acknowledgments, lots with double street frontage, and fencing from canals and railroad. Comments may be submitted prior to the public hearing at Tremonton City Hall, 102 South Tremont Street, Tremonton, Utah during normal business hours.
