DRAPER CITY NOTICE OF ELECTION:
Three City Council seats will be open in the 2019 Draper City Municipal Election. Each Council seat is at-large for a 4-year term. Persons interested in becoming a candidate for office must file a Declaration of Candidacy in person with the City Recorder, 1020 East Pioneer Road, Draper, from June 3, 2019, to June 7, 2019, between the hours of 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Monday through Friday.
To qualify as a candidate for a municipal office, you must be a registered voter and be a resident of Draper for 12 consecutive months prior to the election. The primary election, if needed, will be held Tuesday, August 13, 2019. The general election will be held Tuesday, November 5, 2019.

PUBLIC HEARING PROCEDURE AND ORDER OF BUSINESS. Meetings of the Draper City Council may be conducted by electronic means pursuant to Utah Code Annotated Section 52-4-207. In such circumstances, contact will be established and maintained by telephone and the meeting will be conducted pursuant to Draper City Municipal Code 2-1-040(e) regarding electronic messages.
