- VIRGIN TOWN PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE A Public Hearing will be held May 8, 2019 During a regularly scheduled Virgin Planning & Zoning Meeting at 6:30 PM in the Heritage Town Square 114 S. Mill Street Virgin, Utah Ph: 435-635-4695 clerk@virgin.utah.gov To accept public input on the following items: a. AN ORDINANCE REGULATING THE USE AND LOCATIONS OF STORAGE/SHIPPING/CONEX CONTAINERS WITHIN THE VIRGIN TOWN LIMITS. b. AN ORDINANCE EXPRESSLY DEFINING AND MODERATING CAMPING IN ANY ZONE WITHIN THE MUNICIPAL BOUNDARIES OF THE TOWN EXCEPT IN APPROVED AND LEGAL NON-CONFORMING CAMPGROUNDS. c. AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 4 IN VULU SECTION 4.21 OUTDOOR LIGHTING. d. AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 20 OF VULU (COMMERCIAL). This notice was published in The Spectrum on April 27, 2019.
