4:45 p.m. Workshop in the County Council Chambers. 5:30 p.m. Welcome and opening remarks. Review and approval of agenda. Review and approval of the minutes of the December 2, 2010 meeting. 5:35 p.m. (1) Elections of Chairman and Vice-chairman for 2011. (2) Black Ridge Farms Conditional Use Permit Expansion – Lynn & Tama Mathews are requesting a recommendation of approval for the expansion of an existing conditional use permit to allow for the construction of additional agricultural buildings on 22.90 acres of property in the Agricultural Zone located at approximately 200 East 6400 South, south of Hyrum; continued from the October 7, 2010 meeting. (3) Cheryl Pinder Conditional Use Permit – Curt & Cheryl Pinder are requesting a recommendation of approval for a conditional use permit for a small business to allow semi-trucks to park on 2.60 acres of property in the Agricultural Zone located at approximately 3703 West 600 South, Young Ward; remanded back to the Planning Commission from September 16, 2010 Board of Adjustment meeting. (4) Armor Storage Hyrum/Nibley Conditional Use Permit Expansion – Curtis Knight is requesting an expansion of an existing Conditional Use Permit to allow a 128 unit storage facility (3 storage buildings) and an office/residence on 4.33 acres of property in the Agricultural Zone located at approximately 4400 South Highway 165, north of Hyrum. (5) Amendments to the County Ordinance regarding County Road Standards and their adoption: Title 12 – Roadway and Public Places. Title 16 – Subdivisions. Title 17.02 – Administration. County Road Standards. Board Member Reports. Staff reports. Adjourn.
