Description/Agenda: Notice is hereby given that the Monticello City Planning Commission will hold a public hearing on May 7, beginning at 6:30 p.m., at the Monticello City Office, 17 N 100 E, Monticello Utah 84535 The purpose of the hearing will be to receive comments from the public regarding a subdivision application filed by Sherril Bowring for the creation of one lot, located 297 W Center Street. Written comments may be submitted to Cindi Holyoak, Recorder, City of Monticello, P.O. Box 457, Monticello, Utah, 84535, prior to the scheduled hearing.
