The Development Review Committee determined this request complies with the Orem City Code. Staff recommends the Planning Commission forward a positive recommendation to City Council to amend Section 17-8-2(F) of the Orem City Code by removing 'Section 7010 of the Uniform Building Code,' and adding Chapter 18, Sections 1803 and 1804 of the International Building Code.
