- NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARINGS The Syracuse Planning Commission will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, May 7, 2019, during a regularly scheduled meeting, beginning at 6 pm, in the Large Conference Room of City Hall, at 1979 West 1900 South, regarding the following matters: Preliminary Subdivision Plan - Request of CW Land Co for a Preliminary Subdivision Plan called The Fields on 54.59 +/- acres located at approx. 2465 W 3700 S (Gentile Street) in the R-1 Cluster Zone All related documents are available for public review in the Community Development Department and the City website. All interested parties are welcome to attend and provide comments.
