In Attendance: Scott Allan, Matt Draper and Ken Lamb
May Meeting was Canceled.
Review minutes of April, It needed a time change on the start time to 7:30. Matt Draper made a motion to approve the minutes, Scott Allan Second. All in Favor Approved.
Ken Lamb Discussed on General plan and land use code, the mayor has asked Mike Hanson of the rural community consultants to review them. He made a quick review, He found some things he recommends we fix. The Mayor then asked them what it would cost us to bring it all up to code. He said he will take what we have and add to it for $2,000 to make it compliant. We will let the Town Council decide.
Ken Lamb then discussed some of the areas that need zoning changes. If we want to change any zoning we need to notify the property owner and anyone within 300ft. This will be our next big area of interest. We are wanting to re do the zoning map.
Ken lamb made motion for the meeting to be adjourned, Matt Draper made motion, Scott Allan second all in favor, Meeting adjourned
