PLANNING COMMISSION AGENDA Notice is hereby given that the Draper Planning Commission will hold a Business Meeting on Thursday, April 25, 2019 at 6:30 PM, in the 1020 East Pioneer Road, Draper, Utah 84020. The Agenda will be as follows: 6:30 p.m. Business Meeting 1. Public Hearing: WaterWalk Hotel Draper - Site Plan Request A request by db Urban Communities, representing Draper Square LC, for construction of a new hotelat approximately 440 W. 13490 South. The project is located in the CSD-DPMU (Draper Point Mixed Use Commercial Special District) and is approximately 4.03 acres in site. Public Hearing: Brown Zone Change A request by Noble Brown to rezone 0,98 acre from RA1 to RA2. The property is located at 13651 S. 300 E. Action Item : Planning Commission Meeting Minutes for March 28th 2019 Minutes of the Draper City Planning Commission meeting held on Thursday March 28, 2019 in the Draper City Council Chambers. 4. Action Item : Planning Commission Meeting Minutes for April 11th 2019 Minutes of the Draper City Planning Commission meeting held on Thursday April 11,2019 in the Draper City Council Chambers. 5. Training: Land Use Liability Training Annual Training on Land Use Liability. Staff contact is Mike Barker, 801-576-6322, mike.barker@draper.ut.us. 6. Adjournment Any person adversely af ected by a decision of the Planning Commission regarding the transfer, issuance or denial of a conditional use permit may appeal such decision to the City Council by filing written notice of appeal stating the grounds therefore within fourteen (14) days from the date of such final determination.
