- NOTICE OF MEETING AND AGENDA DEVELOPMENT REVIEW COMMITTEE APRIL 25, 2019 Notice is hereby given that the Development Review Committee (DRC) of Springville will consider the following items on THURSDAY, APRIL 25, 2019 in Conference Room #217 of the Springville City Civic Center, 110 South Main. The meeting will commence at 9:00 A.M. Members of the Springville City Development Review Committee will meet for a closed briefing of the agenda items at 8:30 A.M. in the Springville City Civic Center. The agenda for the Open Session meeting will be as follows: 1. 9:00 A.M. - VanCon Inc., seeking site plan approval for a shop addition at 1825 N Mountain Springs Parkway located in the L-IM Light Industrial Manufacturing Zone. 2. 9:20 A.M. - Nebo School District seeking site plan approval for the Spring Canyon Middle School to be located at 599 West 700 South in the R1-10 Single-Family Residential Zone. SPECIFIC TIMES LISTED FOR EACH AGENDA ITEM ARE APPROXIMATE The City will provide reasonable accommodations for anyone attending this meeting.
