THE CITY OF WEST JORDAN, UTAH NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING Public Hearings will be held before the City of West Jordan Planning Commission on Tuesday, May 7, 2019 at the hour of 6:00 p.m., in the City Council Chambers at 8000 South Redwood Road, Third Floor, West Jordan, Utah, to receive public comment prior to considering the following items: - FUTURE LAND USE MAP AMENDMENT & REZONE - HIGHLANDS LANDING Northeast corner of 7800 South 5600 West; Amend the Future Land Use Map for 0.4 acres from Community Commercial to Very High Density Residential and Rezone from SC-2 (Community Shopping Center) Zone to R-3-22 (SHO) (Multi-family Residential 22 units per acre maximum density - Senior Housing Overlay) Zone; Peterson Development, LLC/Justin Peterson (applicant) - PLAN REVIEW & POSSIBLE RECOMMENDATION Review and consider for recommendation West Jordan's Transportation Access and Master Plan for 9000 South and 5600 West; City-wide applicability; City of West Jordan (applicant) You are invited to attend the Public Hearing and take part in the discussions and voice any support or concerns you may have. If you wish to speak on an item, the time will be limited to 3 minutes. Items may be moved on the agenda or tabled by the Planning Commission. Copies of the agenda for this meeting will be available on the City's website www.westjordan.utah.gov approximately 4-days prior to the meeting.
