- Description / agenda - 1. Call to order 2. All Board members present Linda, Rick, Hooper, Jerry, Debbie 3. Reading & approval of NOVEMBER 16, 2018 & DECEMBER 15, 2018 Meeting Minutes. Jerry made motion to approve Nov & Dec 2018 meeting minutes, Vernon seconded the motion, all approved motion passed. January 19, 2019 & February 16, 2019 meetings canceled due to severe weather, no minutes to approve. 4. Old / New Business 4 (A) Waiting for engineers specifications & bids for iron filter system on water station. No Disinfected certification required at this time. Part time clerk , data entry, negotiable depending on experience/ back ground check. 4 (B) West Duchesne Public Planning Meeting, discussed standardizing Western Duchesne County priorities; residential water, roads, sanitation & mail. Provide water access for sub divisions & RV Park development. Purchase old Hwy 40 Property for office / equipment storage. Discussed Duchesne County providing online link for residents regarding building permit process. 5. Engineer comments -none 6. Public comments / general discussion-none 7. Close / adjourn meeting, Jerry made motion to adjourn meeting, Vernon seconded the motion, all approved motion passed.
