GEORGE, WASHINGTON COUNTY, UTAH Public Notice Public notice is hereby given that the Ambulance Services Compliance Committee of the City of St. George, Washington County, Utah, will hold a regular meeting on Tuesday, April 23, 2019 in the Administrative Conference Room, St. George City Hall, 175 East 200 North, St. George, Utah commencing at 11:00 a.m. The agenda for the meeting is as follows: Report on response times. Update on ambulance safety and equipment inspection. Review of annual reports from IHC and Gold Cross. Update from Gold Cross Ambulance. Update from Intermountain Healthcare. Approve minutes from the meeting held on April 24, 2018.
