Description/Agenda: Notice is hereby given that the WELLSVILLE CITY PLANNING COMMISSION shall conduct a public hearing as part of it regular scheduled meeting on Wednesday, May 8, 2019 at the City Offices at 75 East Main in Wellsville. Said hearing shall begin at 6:05 p.m. in the following order; a) The Commission shall receive public input, then consider for approval a request from Sam Winward for a conditional use to operate The Legacy Loft, The Wellsville Cone, and The Quilting Bee in the C2 (Community Commercial) zone. These businesses are located at 110 East Main. Tax Id. #10-024-0016 b) The Commission shall receive public input, then consider for approval a request from San Winward for a design review permit for signs on his business in the C2 (Community Commercial) zone. These businesses are located at 110 East Main. Tax Id. #10-024-0016.
