- PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE Woods at Parley's Lane Lot 25 Amended 8971 Parley's Lane, Park City, Utah Parcels: WPL-25-AM, 1.21 acres Public notice is hereby given that the Snyderville Basin Planning Commission, in accordance with section 10-3-18 of the Snyderville Basin Development Code, will conduct a public hearing to discuss and possibly take action regarding a proposed plat amendment for the Woods at Parley's Lane Lot 25, located at 8971 Parley's Lane. The public hearing will be held: Tuesday, April 23, 2019 Beginning at 4:30 p.m. Sheldon Richins Library, 1885 West Ute Boulevard Park City, Utah 84098 The applicant, Russell Campbell, is requesting to relocate an existing water line easement that bisects Lot 25 of the Woods at Parley's Lane subdivision. The water line easement would be relocated to southern and eastern boundaries of the lot and then connect back into the existing line. The easement holder, Summit Water, has consented to the relocation of the easement.
