Description/Agenda: The public is invited to attend a public hearing before the Midvale City Planning Commission on Wednesday, May 8, 2019 at 7:00 pm in the Midvale City Council Chambers located at 7505 South Holden Street, Midvale, Utah. The Planning Commission will be considering a Conditional Use Permit request for a Fence in the Historic Commercial zone at 7573 South Main Street. This request has been made by James Jackstien, Black Bicycle Holdings, LLC.
