Description/Agenda: PARAGONAH TOWN NOTICE OF 2019 MUNICIPAL ELECTIONS In accordance with UCA 10-3-301, notice is hereby given Paragonah Town will be holding a Municipal Election, November 5, 2019, to elect two (2) Council Members - 4 Year Term. All voting will be done by mail. The candidate filing period begins June 3, 2019. Declaration of Candidacy Forms or Nomination Petition must me filed in person with the Town Clerk at 44 North 100 West, Paragonah, Utah between the hours of 9:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. Candidate filing deadline ends June 7, 2019. Certificate of Posting and Faxing I hereby certify the foregoing notice was posted at the Paragonah Post Office, Paragonah Town Hall and on the Utah Public Notice Website on April 17, 2019. __________________________________ Jayne A.
