PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Pleasant Grove City Planning Commission will hold a Public Hearing on Thursday, April 25th, 2019 at 7:00 p.m., at the Pleasant Grove Fire Department Training Room, 71 E 200 S, Pleasant Grove, Utah, FOR THE FOLLOWING: Public Hearing: Conditional Use Permit - Located at 650 Mohican Ln. (Battle Creek Neighborhood) Public Hearing to consider the request of Chris McBride for a Conditional Use Permit to allow an attached nonconforming garage on property located at 650 Mohican Ln. in the R1-9 (Single Family Residential) Zone. Public Hearing: Preliminary Subdivision Plat - Located at Approx. 2024 N 600 W (North Field Neighborhood) Public Hearing to consider the request of Lance B. Miller for a 6-lot, residential preliminary subdivision plat called Blackham Farms Plat 'A' on property located at approximately 2024 North 600 West in the R-R (Rural Residential) Zone. Public Hearing: Preliminary Subdivision Plat - Located at Approx. 1043 S Valley Grove Way (Sam White's Lane Neighborhood) Public Hearing to consider the request of Mark Cathemer for a preliminary subdivision plat, with 2 lots and 1 parcel, called Valley Grove Business Park Plat 'K' on property located at approximately 1043 South Valley Grove Way in the Interchange Subdistrict of The Grove Zone. Public Hearing: Site Plan - Located at 1043 S Valley Grove Way (Sam White's Lane Neighborhood) Public Hearing to consider a request of Mark Cathemer for a site plan for two multi-tenant retail buildings on property located at 1043 South Valley Grove Way in the Interchange Subdistrict of The Grove Zone.
