Description/Agenda: NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING Notice is hereby given that the Washington Terrace Planning Commission will hold public hearings on April 25, 2019 at 6:00 p.m. to hear comments on a proposed subdivision 'Standard Townhomes Phase 2', located at 200 East 5000 South on vacant property. The Commission will also hear comment on a proposed Ordinance 'Vacation Short Term Rentals' for business licensing and regulations. Said hearings will be held at City Hall, 5249 S 400 E, Washington Terrace City. ADA Accommodations and Auxiliary aids and services are available upon request to individuals with disabilities by calling 801-395-8283 three days prior to the meeting.
