TOWN OF ORDERVILLE SPECIAL BOARD MEETING AGENDA A special meeting of the Orderville Town Board will be held Monday, April 15, 2019, at 8:00 p.m. in the basement of the Orderville Town Office located at 425 East State Street, Orderville, Utah. The following items will be discussed and acted upon as required. Call to Order: Bills presented for payment: BUSINESS: 1. CONSIDER RECOMMENDATION FROM THE ORDERVILLE TOWN PLANNING AND ZONING COMMISSION REGARDING EAST ZION DEVELOPMENT, LC - ZONE CHANGE REQUEST FROM SINGLE FAMILY RESIDENTIAL DISTRICT (R-1A) TO MIXED RESIDENTIAL DISTRICT (R-2) AT THE FOLLOWING PROPERTY: Commencing at the East 1/4 corner of Section 4, Township 41 South, Range 7 West, Salt Lake Base and Meridian, thence South 87°52'03' West 784.61 feet along the quarter section line and South 283.75 feet to the POINT OF BEGINNING; said point also being on a non-tangent curve to the right, of which the radius point lies South 89°57'40' West, a radial distance of 250.00 feet; thence Southwesterly along the arc, through a central angle of 50°41'20', a distance of 221.17 feet to a point of reverse curve to the left having a radius of 450.00 feet and a central angle of 56°42'54'; thence Southerly 445.44 feet along the arc to a point of reverse curve to the right, having a radius of 250.00 feet and a central angle of 12°27'10'; thence Southerly 54.34 feet along the arc; thence North 70°02'08' West 388.87 feet; thence North 20°31'09' East 102.62 feet; thence North 45°43'04' West 351.31 feet; thence North 00°40'26' East 166.41 feet; thence North 89°48'55' East 832.87 feet to the POINT OF BEGINNING. CONSIDER RECOMMENDATION FROM THE ORDERVILLE TOWN PLANNING AND ZONING COMMISSION REGARDING EAST ZION DEVELOPMENT, LC - ZONE CHANGE REQUEST FROM OPEN SPACE (OS) TO SINGLE FAMILY RESIDENTIAL DISTRICT (R-1A) AT THE FOLLOWING PROPERTY: The South 1/2 of the Southeast 1/4 of Section 4, Township 41 South, Range 7 West, Salt Lake Base and Meridian, being more particularly described as follows: Beginning at the South 1/4 corner of Section 4, Township 41 South, Range 7 West, Salt Lake Base and Meridian, and running thence North 02°36'09' East 1,399.10 feet along the 1/4 section line to the center-south 1/16 corner; thence North 89°19'25' East 2,937.93 feet along the 1/16 section line to the south 1/16 corner; thence South 00°40'51' West 1,470.74 feet along the section line to the southeast corner of said Section 4; thence North 89°15'52' West 2,984.02 feet along the section line to the POINT OF BEGINNING. Contains 97.48 acres, more or less. 3.
