Discussion on Preneed by Tom Beard NEXT SCHEDULED MEETING: August 21, 2019 Note: The per diem that commission and board members will receive for their service are considered stipends. Stipends are for reimbursement purposes only and are intended to cover costs related to transportation, meals, and supplies associated with meetings. They are not wages and will not entitle members to unemployment insurance. Stipends are not subject to the Unemployment Insurance Act pursuant to Administrative Rule R994-208-103(14).
