Notice is hereby given that the St. George City Planning Commission will hold public hearings on Tuesday, April 23, 2019 at 5:00 PM to consider the following:
Zoning Regulation Amendment to Title 10, Chapter 10 Commercial Zones Section 3 Conditional Uses.
Zone change from PD-C (Planned Development Commercial) to PD-R (Planned Development Residential) on approximately 1.27 acres. This property is generally located north of Dinosaur Crossing Drive and west of 2200 East Street.
Interested persons are encouraged to attend these public hearings to be held in the City Hall Council Chambers at 175 East and 200 North or present their views in writing at least one day prior to the meeting.
