RIVERTON CITY PUBLIC NOTICE The Riverton City Planning Commission will hold a public hearing on Thursday, April 25, 2019 at 6:30 p.m. in the Riverton City Municipal Building located at 12830 South Redwood Road to hear following item(s): - Neil Jeremy Johnson is requesting a Conditional Use Permit for a Private Lane to be located at 12984 South Sunday Drive. - Russell Wilson with Symphony Homes is requesting a rezone of about 10.5 acres of land located at approximately 13235 South Lovers Lane from R-1 zone (1 acre lots) to RR-22 zone (1/2 acre lots). - Riverton City is considering amendments to the land use code as it relates to accessory dwelling units in residential zones. - Connie Strang is requesting a Conditional Use Permit for an alternative fence type for a residential subdivision, Jordan Meadows South, located at approximately 11794 South 1300 West.
