Description/Agenda: PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE A Payson City Planning Commission public hearing will be held on Wednesday April 24, 2019 at 7:00 p.m. in the Council Chambers at 439 W. Utah Avenue, Payson to receive public input on the following land use applications: Walkera Development LC requests to rezone 5.35 acres, which include lot 4 of The Depot Plat A, located at 614 N 400 West, with parcel number 37:292:0004. The property is currently in the S-1 (Highway Commercial) zone and the requested zone is the RMF (Residential Multi-Family Zone). Scott and Julie Nielson request application of the I-O overlay to create a future flag lot at 377 S 400 West on parcel 08:063:0003 in the R-2-7.5 zone.
