- NOTICE OF MUNICIPAL OFFICES TO BE VOTED ON In the Centerfield City Municipal General Election Three (3) City Council Members- 4 year terms Candidate filing period begins Monday, June 3, 2019 and ends Friday, June 7, 2019. A Declaration of Candidacy Form or Nomination Petition must be filed in person with the City Recorder at 130 South Main, Centerfield, Utah between the hours of 8 a.m. and 5 p.m., Monday through Friday. Candidate filing deadline is Friday, June 7, 2019 at 5:00 p.m. (UCA 20A-9-203). QUALIFICATIONS FOR CANDIDACY ARE: (UCA 10-3-301; 20A-9-203) 1- Be a United States Citizen 2- Be a registered voter of the municipality 3- Be a resident of the municipality for a period of 12 consecutive months immediately before the date of election. 4- Not be convicted of a felony or treason unless the right to hold elective office has been restored.
