Notice of Public Hearing Notice is hereby given that the Enoch City Planning Commission will hold a public hearing on April 23, 2019 at 5:30pm at the Enoch City Office, 900 E. Midvalley Road, Enoch, UT. The public hearing is regarding a zone change request from Entrada Homes for property located adjacent to Three Peaks Subdivision east of 150 West. The zone change is from Single Family Residential 18,000 SF lots to Single Family Residential 11,000 SF lots.
