- NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING Uintah City gives notice that on April 23rd, 2019 during the regularly scheduled Planning Commission Meeting, which begins at 7:00 p.m. in the Uintah City Hall, 2191 E. 6550 S., Public Hearings will be held as follows: DISCUSSION ON GRANTING A CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT USE TO MATERIALIZED ARMS FOR FIRE ARMS MANUFACTURING IN A COMMERCIAL C-1 ZONE. The Public Hearing will begin at 7:05 p.m., or as soon as possible thereafter. Copies of the proposed amendments are on file for public inspection at the City Office. Public participation is invited. All interested parties are encouraged to attend and express their opinion on the matter. For more information, contact the City Hall at 801-479-4130. In compliance with the American Disabilities Act, Individuals needing special accommodation during these hearing should notify City Hall at least three days prior to the hearings.
