- NOTICE OF MEETING AND AGENDA DEVELOPMENT REVIEW COMMITTEE APRIL 11, 2019 Notice is hereby given that the Development Review Committee (DRC) of Springville will consider the following items on THURSDAY, APRIL 11, 2019 in Conference Room #217 of the Springville City Civic Center, 110 South Main. The meeting will commence at 9:00 A.M. Members of the Springville City Development Review Committee will meet for a closed briefing of the agenda items at 8:30 A.M. in the Springville City Civic Center. The agenda for the Open Session meeting will be as follows: 1. 9:00 A.M. - John Blatter seeking site plan approval for the East Bay Business Park, a multi-unit office/warehouse project located at 2498 West 700 South in the HC-Highway Commercial Zone. SPECIFIC TIMES LISTED FOR EACH AGENDA ITEM ARE APPROXIMATE The City will provide reasonable accommodations for anyone attending this meeting.
