Description/Agenda: NOTICE OF MUNICIPAL OFFICES TO BE VOTED ON IN THE SPANISH FORK CITY MUNICIPAL GENERAL ELECTION ON NOVEMBER 5, 2019 Three (3) City Council Member Positions, Four (4) year term each - January 2020 to January 2024. Candidate Filing Period: Begins Monday June 3, 2019 through Friday June 7, 2019 between the hours of 8:00am and 5:00pm. (UCA 10-3-301, 20A-1-401 (3)(b) ). Declaration of Candidacy Forms or Nomination Petition must be filed in person with the City Recorder at 40 South Main Street, Spanish Fork, Utah.
