- AGENDA THURSDAY APRIL 11, 2019 PUBLIC HEARING AND ALTA TOWN COUNCIL MEETING 10:00 am -1:00 pm ALTA COMMUNITY CENTER ALTA, UTAH PUBLIC HEARING TO RECEIVE INPUT ON THE PUBLISHED PROPOSED AMENDMENTS TO TITLE 8, UTILITIES, CHAPTER 3, SEWER SEVICE REGULATIONS AND SECTIONS OF TITLE 10, LAND USE REGULATIONS OF THE ALTA CODE. No action will be taken and subsequent discussion will occur at future town council meetings The regular meeting will immediately follow the public hearing 1. Call the meeting to order 2. Citizen Input 3. Blake Thomas, SL County Economic Redevelopment - CRA 4. UDOT EIS presentation - Brianna Binnebose & Jesse Dean / UDOT and CWC 5. Mayors Report 6. Staff Reports 7. Community Wildfire Protection Plan - Chris Cawley 8. Discuss the USFS 1997 closure order and possible request for alternative closure order 9. Approval of April 11, 2019 Treasurer's Report 10. Approval of the Town Council March 14, 2019 meeting minutes 11. Approval of the Town Council March 18, 2019 meeting minutes 12. Discussion and possible action on Resolution 2019-R-4 and 2019-R-5 that authorizes TOA application to BOR for matching grant funds for water efficiency and sewer expansion projects 13. New Business 14. Motion to Adjourn Notice Provisions: Motions relating to any of the foregoing including final action may be taken at the meeting. Reasonable accommodations (including auxiliary communicative aids and services) for individuals with disabilities may be provided upon receipt of a request with three (3) working days' notice. For assistance please call the Alta Town Office at 801-363-5105 motion of the Alta Town Council, pursuant to Title 52, Chapter 4 of the Utah Code, the Town Council may vote to hold a closed meeting for any of the purposes identified
