Town Of Portage Council Meeting Wednesday, April 10, 2019 25880 N 9000 W 6:00 PM Agenda Notice is hereby given that the Town Council of Portage will hold its regular Town Council meeting on Wednesday, April 10, 2019 at the Portage Town Hall located at 25880 N 9000 W, which meeting shall begin promptly at 6:00 PM. The Agenda shall be as follows: 6:00 PM Call to Order Opening Ceremony: 1. Review and Approval of minutes from March 13 , 2019 Town Council Meeting. 2. Review and Approval of March 14 - April 10, 2019 Bills/Payroll. 3. Review Financial Report, Bank Reconciliations and Water adjustments or write-offs. 4. Discuss and approve Resolution 2019-01 Established impact fees and water system installation charges for all new water system hookups. 5. Discuss and decision Resolution 2019-02 Water rates 2019 6. Appoint new Council Member Public Comment: This is an opportunity for the public to address the Council. Please limit your comments to three minutes. Review of Departments: 7. Water- Council member Nelson A) Cyndi Tree will give update on damaged residential meter and plan going forward to get them fixed. B) Cyndi Tree giving update on two of the excavation companies to fix the Town leaks. 8. Roads - Council Member Smith A) Discuss Portage road projects schedule B) Data related to road project. 9. Planning and Zoning - Council Member John A) Discuss violations and penalties action plan. B) Review and approve Steve Huggins Subdivision #2 C) Discussion on RV/Camp trailer length of stay D) Need info on 2007 grandfather July 12, whether or not anything was done on this. 10. Parks - A) Give update on septic tank B) Park Grant. C) Hire new park mower and Town employee 11. Fire Department - Fire Chief Robert Barrow 12. Sgt.
