DISCUSS WATER IMPACT FEES FACILITY PLAN AND MAKE A RECOMMENDATION TO THE CITY COUNCIL 3. DISCUSS AND MAKE A PROCESS TO ALLOCATE ENOCH WATER TO PROPERTIES FROM EXCESS WATER RIGHTS 4. PUBLIC COMMENTS 5. BOARD/STAFF REPORTS 6.
