- CLARKSTON TOWN LAND, USE & DEVELOPMENT MANAGEMENT MEETING Notice is hereby given that the Clarkston Land Use & Development Commission will hold a LUDM Meeting on the 8th day of April 2019 at the Clarkston Town Hall at 50 South Main, Clarkston, which will begin promptly at 7:00 p.m. The agenda shall be as follows: 1. Call to Order - Approve/disapprove minutes from March 11, 2019 2. New Business - Luke Godfrey - Zoning Permit - 94 S 100 E - Shed - Nichole Sparks - Zoning Permit - 255 W 200 S - Greenhouse 3. Other Business - Councilmember Nichole Sparks - Town Business - Training - 4. Adjourn In compliance with the American with Disabilities Act, individuals needing special accommodations during this meeting should notify the Town Clerk at least three days prior to the meeting.
