Courtesy notice is hereby given that the Cottonwood Heights Appeals Hearing Officer will hold a public meeting to consider a request from Joshua Binkley for variances to front yard setbacks, rear yard setback, elimination of nonconforming signs, location of trash enclosure, and elimination of required masonry wall for a proposed commercial development at 7269 S Union Park.
The meeting will be held on Thursday, April 11th, 2019 at 5:00 p.m. or as soon thereafter as possible, at 2277 E. Bengal Blvd., Cottonwood Heights, UT in the City Council Conference Room (Room 124).
