Description/Agenda

Public notice is hereby given that the South Salt Lake City Planning Commission will hold a public hearing in the Council Chambers located in City Hall at 220 East Morris Avenue on Thursday, April 18, 2019 at 7:00 PM or as soon thereafter as possible for the purpose of receiving public comment on the following: Conditional Use Permit (C-19-002) to raise the overall height; increase the size of the north and south faces; and install a new electronic message center on the south face of an existing billboard located at 3106 South 400 West. Application is made by Reagan Outdoor Advertising. Conditional Use Permit (C-19-011) to relocate, and raise the overall height of a billboard, recently demolished due to UDOT construction, located at 461 West 3600 South. Application is made by Reagan Outdoor Advertising. Notice is further given that the public is invited to attend and present oral and/or written testimony regarding this petition to the Department of Community Development. In compliance with Americans with disabilities act, individuals needing auxiliary communicative aids or other services for this meeting should contact Jeff Attermann at 801.412.3224, giving at least 24 hours' notice.
