3. Citizens to be heard: Local Horse Back Riding Instructors. A concern has come up on local instructors teaching local kids riding lessons. Need to discuss Fees to OSTA, and insurance requirements, along with scheduling the indoor and/or outdoor arena.

5. Board Member Reports: Kathy - to report on Playground funding. Ken - to report on any new information on pistol range.
6. Old Business: Projects for 2020 and beyond-Committee members to discuss their ideas upon their review of project spreadsheet.
7. New Business: Vice Chair, need to nominate/elect. Open public meeting act training for new committee members 12 noon May 23rd at Grand Center - free pizza
