Description/Agenda: NOTICE OF ELECTION Notice is hereby given that Helper City will hold a municipal election on November 5 2019 to elect three Council Members these seats are 4-year terms. Registered voters who have resided 12 consecutive months within the Helper City boundaries may file a Declaration of candidacy statement. Candidates shall file in person with the City Recorder from June 3 to June 7 2019 during regular office hours 8:00 A.M. to 5:00 P.M. at Helper City Hall 58 South Main Street Helper Utah. Notice of Electronic or Telephone Participation: IT IS POSSIBLE THAT A MEMBER OF THE COUNCIL WILL BE PARTICIPATING BY ELECTRONIC MEANS. THE COUNCIL CHAMBERS SHALL SERVE AS THE ANCHOR LOCATION. MEMBERS OF THE PRESS AND PUBLIC ARE INVITED TO ATTEND.
