- FERRON CITY NOTICE OF MUNICIPAL OFFICES Notice is hereby given that a Municipal Election for Ferron City will be held this year, on November 5, 2019 to elect persons to the following offices: One (1) Council Member - 2-year term Three (3) Council Members - 4-year term each A Candidate Guide to the Elections is available at the office of the City Recorder during the City's regular business hours. Candidates must be a United States Citizen, a registered voter of Ferron City, and must have resided in Ferron for a period of 12 consecutive months preceding the date of the election. A declaration of candidacy form or nomination petition must be filed in person with the City Recorder, at 20 East Main Street, Ferron, Utah between the hours of 8:30 am and 5:00 pm beginning June 3, 2019 and ending June 7, 2019 UCA 10-3-301. I, the undersigned duly acting and appointed Recorder of Ferron City, hereby certify that the foregoing notice was posted on the Utah Public Notice Website, in two public places on April 3, 2019 and provided to the ETV News for publication in the next two scheduled circulations.
