- March 26, 2019 The purpose of this letter is to notify you of the upcoming concealed weapon board hearing. The hearing will take place on Wednesday April 3rd, 2019, at 9:00. The hearing will be held in the front conference room located at 3888 w 5400 s right behind McDonalds. If you are unable to attend this hearing please call our office at 965-4544.
