Notice of Public Meeting Agenda For the Planning Commission Of the Town of Genola April 4, 2019 Notice is hereby given that the Planning Commission of Genola will hold a public meeting at the Genola Public Safety Building located at 455 North Main Street on Thursday, April 4, 2019. The public meeting will begin at 7:00 PM. This will be a public meeting where action may be taken on the agenda items. The agenda for the Planning Commission meeting will be as follows: Call to Order a. Opening Remarks b. Pledge of Allegiance c. Public Forum - Audience members may bring any item not on the agenda to the Planning Commission's attention - 5 minute per speaker allotment. 1. Discussion with JD Devereaux in regards to proposed subdivision on property owned by Kaycee and Stephanie Field located at approximately 115 E 1600 N in Genola. 2. Discussion and possible action on a site plan for an agricultural building on property owned by Flat Tire Ranch (Mike Fowers) located at approximately 395 S State in Genola. 3. Discussion and possible action on a site plan for a new home on property owned by James and Mandy Hockersmith Parcel # 37.313.0001 located at approximately 579 E 800 E in Genola. 4. Discussion and possible action on a site plan for an accessory building on property owned by Erik and Brandi Olesen Parcel # 29.035.0176 located at 139 E. 400 S. in Genola. 5. Discussion and possible action on a Preliminary Plat Map for a proposed McMullin Subdivision on property owned by William and Christine McMullin Parcel # 39.129.0003 located at approximately 545 W 400 S in Genola. 6. Discussion and possible action on a Final Mylar for Throckmorton Ranch Subdivision on property owned by Danny and Sharon Throckmorton Family Trust (Represented by Jory Larson) Parcel # 29.034.0094 located at approximately 321 W Center St in Genola. 7. Discussion and possible action on a revised plat map for F. Mecham Plat E owned by Fred Mecham Trust Parcel # 29.034.0043 located at approximately 650 S 600 W in Genola. 8. Approval of the Planning Commission meeting minutes from February 7, 2019. 9. Approval of the Planning Commission meeting minutes from March 7, 2019.
