NOTICE AND AGENDA Notice is hereby given that the Gunnison City Planning and Zoning Committee will hold a Public Hearing along with a meeting on Wednesday, April 3, 2019, at the Gunnison City Hall, 38 West Center. Review and Proposed Approval to Recommend Conditional Use Permit for Maverik, Inc., at Approximately 19 North Main to the Council for Approval 6. Discuss and Proposed Approval to Recommend Conditional Use Sign Permit at Approximately 19 North Main, Maverik, Inc. to the Council for Approval 7. Review and Proposed Approval of Home Occupation, K n B Trucking, LLC, at Approximately 275 E. 500 South, Kirk Dahl 8. Review Proposed Approval of Conditional Use Permit for Puddle Jumpers Learning Center of Gunnison, 391 South Main, Amber Carter 9. Discuss and Proposed Approval of Final Minor Subdivision at Approximately 30 South 400 West, Jeromy Hyatt 10. Discuss Proposed Lot Split with Proposed Approval to Proceed at Approximately 120 East 500 South, Bruce Christenson 11. Approve Minutes 12.
